I was informed that the abstract that is online has been modified by a student. I'm working on fixing the issue.
What you can do is just copy and paste the form into a new Word document and erase all her information and just type yours in.

For the abstract do we leave propsed topic and the lines that say modfied and all on the paper still or do we delete it as well?
