Am I allowed to use a pamphlet for information in my paper?  And if so, how do I cite it? I went to a walk to support mental illness and I got a ton of them and I wanted to use some of the info in my paper...

    Yes, you can use a pamphlet. Remind me tomorrow to show you how to make a bib card.

    To cite it you would use the author or company that sponsored it.
