Random question....if you document the information you are using is that still accidentally plagiarising? Like, do you need to re-word the information well and document it for it to not be considering accidentally plagiarising or plagiarising?

Plagiarism happens if you use someone else's words even if you have a documentation. You can put someone's words in quotes and give credit to stop plagiarism OR paraphrase and give credit.
